I love the vibe in a Gottman workshop. I love the vibe in Bryce Canyon. I can’t wait to combine the two!
Mark and I have been reviewing all the Gottman 7 Principles exercises together recently, and we have made some really wonderful discoveries that have brought us closer, calmer, and more content. There is no such thing as married too long to grow and change together. This work is really one of the best things that has ever happened to me!
Creating time for true connection and renewal can be challenging, and sometimes it even creates feelings of guilt (usually misplaced), which makes us squash the need for renewal and connection, which leads to discontent and stress. Truly, if I could wave a magic wand over the universe, I would change our vision to see renewal and connection as one of our highest proirities.
It is through our stories that we connect. It is through our experiences that we grow. We are putting the two together the weekend of April 8 and 9 as we offer the “Gottman 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work” workshop at Ruby’s Inn, Bryce Canyon. What a team Gottman and Bryce will make! Bryce Canyon’s beauty will be the perfect setting to connect with the person that matters most to our happiness in life, and the success and happiness of our children.
Many people shy away from marriage workshops because they are worried about self disclosure or embarrassment in a group. Guaranteed there will be none of that here. Just fun and positivity and learning about proven ways to make your life so much better together.
